Rob Harter
Rob joins Enneagram Park City as Lead Coach, bringing extensive leadership and coaching experience developed over 30 years. Most recently, he served as the CEO of CCPC, where he and Mary partnered closely in advancing the organization’s mission. In that role, Rob guided diverse teams, strengthened organizational health, and helped leaders unlock their potential—fostering environments where individuals and groups could thrive.
Rob blends deep understanding of the Enneagram with a practical, results-oriented approach that resonates across corporate, nonprofit, and community settings alike. His leadership style is insightful, approachable and inspiring, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow.
As Lead Coach of Enneagram Park City, Rob will carry forward our mission of cultivating self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and building healthier organizations—guiding our work into its next exciting chapter.
